How To Sleep Better

Trouble falling asleep? Here are some steps on how you can sleep better at night.

Set a bedtime schedule

Try going to bed at the same time every night. Having the same bedtime schedule will help your body set itself for sleep.

Relax

If you have a hard time sleeping at night, it’s probably because you are worried or stressed out about something. So, the best thing to do is to do things that can help you relax. Try reading a ‘light’ book or magazine, listen to relaxing music or watch a mindless movie or TV show.

Take a warm bath

There is nothing more soothing than taking a nice warm bath. This will help you loosen up and relax your muscles. If you are an insomniac, avoid taking a shower because it will only wake you up.

Skin Care Regimen

After taking a bath, make sure you pamper your skin. To keep your skin moisturized, use body lotion. You may also want to take better care of your skin by using the right skin care products. Use a cleanser, toner and moisturizer to keep your face looking younger and more glowing. If you have dark circles or wrinkles under your eyes, use eye cream.
